4th Sea Food Festival 2025! Organized by Center of Research and Innovation in Maritime Affairs & Ibn-e-Battuta Center of Tourism & Hospitality Management, Minhaj University Lahore. The 4th Sea Food Festival at Minhaj University Lahore was formally inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Deputy Chairman Board of Governors. The event was organized by CRIMA and ICTHM. Distinguished guests including DG Food Authority Asim Javed, Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Sajid Mehmood Shahzad, DG PCSIR Dr. Ijaz Ahmad, Registrar Prof. Dr. Khurram Shahzad and Mr. Shahzad Rasool attended the opening ceremony. Prof. Dr. Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, along with the honorable guests, visited the seafood-related stalls and exhibitions prepared by students. Speaking to the media after the visit, he stated that Pakistan’s economic growth is closely tied to the development of its maritime sector and the modernization of the seafood industry. He emphasized that CRIMA is equipping young professionals with global-standard research opportunities, advanced technology, and practical maritime training—an important step toward strengthening the national economy.
