Alhamdulillah, the academic and practical, religious and worldly education with spiritual and moral training of the female students in MCW is going on in the best way.

To achieve the objectives of Dawah and Tarbiya'h through these ideological and intellectual minds, Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League has proposed a training plan. The plan has 2 main components. One is the Student Leadership Program and the other is Teachers' Training and Development. The main thought and objective of MWL behind this plan is the following:

اثر انداز ہوکر تبدیلی کے سفر کا آغاز کیا جا سکے۔For the development of visionary, innovate and action minds, Student Leadership Program has the slogan of "When darkness spread, Be the first light". The three different training dimensions with suggested topics and execution strategies were also proposed in the plan. The students with 90% attendance will be awarded with certificates.
For the preparation of Shari'a Trainers, Mentors, Coaches, Motivators and Facilitators, MWL has given the plan of Teachers' Training and Development with the slogan of "The dignity of the Teacher is the Dignity of the Deen". The objectives of this program alongside its methodologies and tools were also discussed in the meeting.
Vice President MQI Bgd (R) Iqbal Ahmad Khan appreciated the plan proposed by MWL for MCW students. He also suggested creating student groups for the different case studies to check how they will respond to tough situations and problematic issues. Principal MCW Aftab Khan appreciated the comprehensive plan and said that after discussing this plan in college council, training sessions will be included in the academic schedule. Director FMRi Muhammad Farooq Rana and Director Training MQI Ghulam Murtaza Alvi also appreciated the plan. Dr. Javeria Hassan and Ms. Sadia Almas also attended the meeting.
In the end, Director Minhajian Sisters Ayesha Shabir proposed the plan for final year students of Minhaj College for Women.
